Head of Reward and Recognition

This leading mobile telecommunications company has a current vacancy for a Head of Reward and Recognition within their team, on a contract basis.

In this position you will be a key contributor to the overall HR business agenda and strategy. You will work in partnership with the overall HR team with the focus being on developing new reward, recognition, benefits and incentive initiatives that support the business drivers. You will need to ensure that the HR policies and contractual frameworks are compliant with legislative changes and supports the business and people initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining both the long term Reward and People Policy Strategies including all associated policies and practices. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering bonuses and sales incentive schemes processes and recognition arrangements in line with company targets. You may also be required to support any TUPE or outsourcing programmes or organisational changes.

Key Skills required:

- Advanced Data Analysis and interpretation skills
- Experience of incentive design and analysis
- Experience of managing bonus and salary review processes
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how incentives drive business performance
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-lookups, graphs and data manipulation).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience of reward in a retail or fast paced environment.
