This person will be responsible for Reward and Compensation and Benefits across the whole of the business which is c5000 employees and ranges from Retail Associates up to Board level.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have experience of both Reward and Compensation and Benefits, ideally gained within a Retail environment or fast paced sales oriented organisation
- Some International exposure would also be useful (ex-pats, work permits, International moves etc.)
- Experience of developing communications/marketing reward and recognition schemes, including the practical applications of social media
- Expert Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups etc)
THE ROLE:
- 80/20 split between BAU Operational activity vs. Strategy
- Will be managing 3 direct reports so must have some team management experience
- Managing external suppliers (Pension providers etc)
