Head Of Remediation

My client has a role that requires quick understanding of current regulatory issues and PPI proactive plans, the ability to manage new initiatives and dealing with urgent and unplanned issues/challenges is a key skill.

The required candidate will have responsibility for managing all key remediation activities for UK Secured Lending. The key focus of activity will be on the continued management of my clients PPI Proactive complaints remediation.

The required candidate must have experience of working on PPI projects and be experienced in heading up remediation Projects.

They must also have experience in large Change projects as well as customer transformation.
