Head of Regulatory Risk and Compliance

Delivery of Regulatory Risk Unit objectives and management of the Regulatory Risk team and Financial Crime Unit.

o Customer centric as strong relationship building skills are required

o Application of analytical skills as assessing incidents or compliance breaches and reporting on root causes so that improvements can be introduced to prevent recurrence

o Collaborative & advisory approach coupled with good communication skills as the capacity to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement where inadequacies are identified

o Delivery & solution focused

o Leadership skills as reviews, assessment & guidance to junior team members will be required

o Strong time management as the capacity to provide prompt response & advice to technical queries from a wide operational audience is required

o Can work independently and/or as part of a team

o Adaptable & flexible

Any experience in Anti Money Laundering regulations gained from the financial services sector would be extremely beneficial.
