Head of Quality - Birmingham

Huxley Associates are proud to be working with a global Aerospace company with a well establish heritage and great reputation are looking for a new Head of Quality to join their Birmingham site. This is a company where Quality is of up most priority so this is a key role in the business and will report directly into the Chairman. As a global company this offers a great springboard to grow and develop your career in a good company. As Head of Quality you will manage all aspects of quality for a site with approximately 350 employees on it. This will be a relatively hands- on role and work with a team to drive all QA, QC, Supplier Quality, Health and Safety on site. Interested? We are looking for some of the best Quality Managers in the industry. Ideally you will be from an Aerospace background with AS9100 knowledge and experience but other precision industries of Automotive experience would also be considered. Again you will also ideally be degree qualified but this is not essential as long as you have a proven background and experience. On offer for the role is a starting salary of circa £60,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience. There will also be a generous benefits package.
