The programme itself will be split into two main deliverable's which are as follows:
1) Heading up a quality assurance strategy for the contact centres based both here in Europe and in India. This will consist of the successful candidate having a look at the Banking Groups current processes and redefining their Risk and Control strategy in and around contact centres and then executing it.
2) The second part to this role will be delivering a training strategy/programme which has already been defined. The successful individual will be executing this strategy across the business.
In order to be considered for this assignment you will need experience of the following:
- Programme Delivery within financial services
- Experience of quality assurance programmes
- Contact centre experience
- Risk and Control expertise
- Experience of engaging with and effectively managing C suite level stakeholders globally
- TCF expertise
- Experience of redefining strategy
