Head Of QA/RA

Reuirements:

Three to five years of experience in management of people or project management experience, in a Quality Assurance or Production Environment. Familiarity with ISO-13485.

Medical Device manufacturing background strongly preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of ISO-13485 and the Medical Device Directive, with the ability to explain these regulations and stands to and train those not as familiar.

Proven understanding of CAPA systems, training, and document control requirements.

Ability to travel as necessary

Hands-on" mentality and the willingness to deal with all the aspects that include running a day-to-day operation

Self-dependent and proactive, drive to take initiative and being decisive

Strong communication skills, persuasive with a standing and the ability to get changes accepted

Flexibility to work with senior managers, shop floor supervisors and operators to effectively drive the importance of QA and RA initiatives

Ability to properly deal with external quality systems auditors and to represent the company
