My client is looking to recruit a head of property services for a 18 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for a capital budget of £25 million. Manage the energy management strategy. Effectively manage the £18 million property revenue budget. Promote the department and services across the organisation. Management of contractors, external consultants and design teams. Develop and implement a property and maintenance strategy. Ensure excellent levels of service.
