One of the 100 Company's leading clients is urgently looking for a Head of Projects and Business Change for an immediate start on an initial 6 month Programme.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

* A proven career in Programme Management
* A proven career on Technology and Business Transformation Programmes
* Proven experience managing Project Managers, Business Analysts and PMO Consultants
* Proven experience in Business Change
* A strong working background in the full project lifecycle including business analysis, functional specification, requirement definition, change control, risk management and implementation
* Proven experience in risk and issue management
* Proven experience in change management, resource management and budget management
* Proven experience managing multiple small to medium size projects across technological and business environments
* Proven PMO and Project planning experience including setting up PMO environments
* Prince II/MSP Certified
* A strong working background in Lean/Six Sigma environments
* Experience within management consultancy (beneficial)
* Outstanding stakeholder management experience
