Are you a SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER with previous EXPERIENCE WITH PMM DOCUMENT TAILORING and currently looking for a new long term project opportunity? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for a Senior IT Project Manager to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel.

For this long-term temporary assignment planned to start end of September until the end of the year 2017 we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is available on a very short notice period.

PERFORMING IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE FOLLOWING TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare all aspects of and orchestrate workstreams to pass Go/No-Go milestones (especially in terms of documentation compliance)
- Track project documentation progress according to Roche informatics Project Management Methodology PMM and in alignment with IT Quality and the project workstreams
- RAID Management (ie Tracking and reporting of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions)
- Following up on project risks and issues where required (analysis of risk/issue, trigger mitigating actions, and follow-up)
- Change request management etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Previous experience with and thorough knowledge of PMM (PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY) and its associated documents (ie Initiate and Define optional, phases and milestones after Baseline Mandatory) is a must
- Previous experience within a well renowned pharmaceutical company
- Experience with PMM DOCUMENT TAILORING
- 7+ YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in a multinational company as an IT PROJECT MANAGER using structured project management processes
- Experience in multi-site DEPLOYMENT PROJECTS is a nice to have
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION (PMP or similar)
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Excellent English language skills(German, Spanish, other languages are considering as an advantage)
