IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Prepare all aspects of and orchestrate work streams to pass Go/No-Go milestones
-Track project documentation progress according to Project Management Methodology and in alignment with IT Quality and project work streams
-Responsible for RAID Management - Tracking and reporting of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions
-Follow up on project risks and issues where required (analysis of risk/issue, trigger mitigating actions, and follow-up)
-Change request management
-Oversee project coordinator and intern supporting in the PM Office as well as financial management of project
-Own project plan and manage dependencies between project work streams
-Compile bi-weekly project status report

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Previous pharmaceutical experience
-Project delivery using Project Management Methodology
-Work experience initiating and defining optional, phases and milestones
-Profound relevant work experience in a multinational company as an IT Project Manager using structured project management processes
-Project Management certification
-Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
-Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
-Excellent English language skills
