A leading player in the Solar PV market is now looking for a Head of Project Development for Europe and North Africa.
Role:
Your responsibility is the Delivery of the companies European Projects Sales and Margin Plan.
Co-ordination with sales,engineering,finance and operations departments
Define strategy,implement and lead the project pipeline acquisition activities
Overall management of the whole project development process from acquisition to sale
Preperation of Financial Memorandams,cashflow forecasts, and responsibility to ensure all documentation is prepared including risk assessments and cost analysis
Solar project sourcing (due diligence,preliminary study),evaluation and execution
Establish network of local contacts
Meet and screen developers and Contractors to filter out quality projects
Business Planning/Forecasting
Lead and Build the EU Projects Team and partner capabilities in the EU and North Africa
Experience Required:
5 Years + PV Project Development Experience: 3+ as Project Manager
Familiar with European project investment structure and risk control,EPC Partner resources
Clear Access to BOS supplier and cost
Strong Financial background contacts with Banks or Off-Takers
Relationships with local Grid companies or Regulation organization
Fluent English
The role offer excellent package of up to 180,000 CH + 40% Bonus
