To ensure that the maintenance and improvement of Lambeth Councils Housing stock under the management of Lambeth Living is planned, delivered and managed within an effective strategic and policy framework, so that services and property assets are continuously improved and the councils capital investment objectives are met.
To act as Deputy to the Director of Property Services in matters relating to the delivery of the capital programme.
