Head of Professional Services - Interim - 6 Month - £650-£750 - Birmingham

An opportunity has arisen with a Retail services provider for a Head of Professional Services interim position. This role will be responsible for and managing a team of 30+, providing direction and implementing focus on high quality project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for streamlining the processes and management of projects across the business, creating new approaches in keeping with the company's values and vision. This position will be reporting into the CTO and will be ultimately tasked with an increase customer satisfaction and profitability across the Professional Service function.

Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 30+, implementing direction and vision.
- Managing multiple projects to deliver quality results on time and budget.
- Improve quality of Project delivery
- Commercial awareness and plan to increase revenue

Experience Needed
- A good understanding and experience delivering Retail software solutions
- Leadership and management of teams of over 20 people.
- Experience in setting up a professional services function.
