Head Of Productivity required by a well known name in the Milton Keynes area to lead and strategically manage all aspects of productivity, providing the highest quality services for children and young people You will be the lead officer in challenging and supporting heads of delivery to ensure that services are effectively aligned to the service plan aims and priorities.
Responsibilities:
Children Contracting;/Commissioning
Team Management
Budget Management
MKC Budget Holder - authorising holidays and sickness
Outputs/Outcomes expected from the post holder will be
Partnership Engagement - Health and Children`s
Early Help Commissoned Contracts
Develop an outcome base performance for integrated support
Act as representative at partnership meetings eg. Health wellbeing, Children Safeguarding
Preferably from Local Authority or Health background.
Does not need to be CIPS registered or accredited.
