Head of Product - Payments and Mobile

This fast growing private equity backed financial services business is currently seeking a Business Manager/Product Manager to focus on mobile and payments.

AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in delivering B2B Merchant Services, ideally to a blue chop retail Merchant base
- A proven track record in service delivery/product management at a senior level
- Comprehensive knowledge of software-based Services
- Experience in directly delivering to your customers' customer
- A track record of upgrading solutions to capture new technologies
- Experience of ensuring support services are in place
- Knowledge/understanding of EPOS systems
- Prioritisation of features and functions within the product portfolio
- Will have launched 2-3 business critical services/products
- Must have a goal orientated working knowledge within a performance related culture
- 24/7 experience of product service delivery
- Six Sigma or Continuous improvement process experience desirable

- Proven ability to execute product management roles and tracking processes
- Knowledge of the Payments industry value chain and B2B Merchant Services
- Knowledge of EPOS providers and their systems as well as:
- Key Product Management Development
- Card Schemes Rules
- POS Systems Standards
- Service Levels Management
- Software Development Processes
- Ability to influence people outside management control
- Ability to be at ease working alongside Company Executives and external parties
- Evidence of resilience, drive, self-control and personal presentation
- Integrity, reliability and strong interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy working in a fast growing and changing company
- Availability to travel occasionally to other European countries for both internal/external meetings
