My client is looking for a Head of Procurement to join a team in Oslo.
they are looking for the right candidate to come in and join on a long term project, must have previous experience in a procurement role along with managing a team, previous telecoms experience is essential.

my client is looking for an experienced technical procurement specialist:
- strategic and operational procurement including contract management in the area of mobile network infrastructure (in general)
- technical background preferred, either mobile network operator or major network infrastructure supplier
- team player
- self-starter, challenger
