Head of Process Management Medical Devices (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Overall accountability for the Design Control and Commercialization (DCC) process within the Solution Integration & Services (SIS) organization of our medical device clients
- Leads cross functional group of process owners/managers that is responsible for the definition of goals with regard to DCC processes optimization
- Manages and controls continuous process improvement activities (incl. definition, alignment and harmonization of the DCC processes) in cooperation with the accountable business process
- Responsible for setting up, updating and communicating the process management KPI dashboard
- Proactive management of process risks
- Collaborating with Project Management, Head of Project Leaders, Head of Project Management, Process & Tools and other stakeholders

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Higher degree in engineering, natural sciences or comparable vocational training or further education
- Related certifications in process management field necessary
- Knowledge of Process Management methodologies (lean, six sigma, CMMi, etc)
- Proven track of process management experience
- Strong stakeholder management in a complex environment
- Fluent English / German skills written and spoken
- Experience on ISO 13485, IVDD / IVDR, 21 CFR 820 FDA preferred
