- Develop fed-batch production processes in shake flasks and 5 L bioreactors
- Tech transfers small to production scale culture processes to partners and clients
- Schedule, plan and monitor capacity, budget and deliverables
- Responsible for technical assistants and process engineers
- Master’s or PhD in the field of life sciences
- Profound industry experience with mammalian cell culture media and process development
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experienced dealing with customers and corporate representatives
- Experienced with Quality programs
