Head of Pricing

We currently have an outstanding vacancy for a Head of Pricing within the Insurance industry.

You will play a key role as part of the UK Pricing Leadership Team who have responsibility for pricing across all of our clients UK business. You will be personally responsible for all retail pricing across our clients distribution channels and lead your team to manage and support pricing activities.

Experience required:
Making difficult and complex decisions and once you have weighed up the risks and sourced the right information in identifying all the issues you commit to action.
Build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Turn strategy into reality; aligning accountabilities, resources and KPI's making sure strategic priorities become delivered results.
Running pricing around a direct book of business.
Solid experience across a range of lines of business, products and types of customer.

Responsibilities:
You will lead the development of pricing strategies to deliver prices to market to achieve portfolio targets.
Lead the development of new approaches and techniques for pricing and portfolio management.
Ensure that the strategic approach to different routes to market, pricing and underwriting is fully considered.
Maintain working relationships with the wider business and key stakeholders.
Identifying the approach to tracking and monitoring of portfolio performance and the production and reporting of business information required to support and inform other business areas.
