Head of Portfolio Planning - Digital Banking

A leading Global Retail Bank is currently looking for a Head of Portfolio Planning Responsible for collating, reviewing and publicising operational management information and project status reporting across the Digital Portfolio.

Key Required Skills:
*Finance Skills - Highly numerate with deep commercial and financial awareness. Proficient in using SAP. Detailed knowledge of the financial services market place. Knowledge of budget management and accounting
*Detailed Relationship Management (Supplier/Stakeholder/customer relationship management, People management and virtual team leadership skills).
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to be creative and to "think outside the box".
*Project management/Programme management and Change management experience. In-depth knowledge of Project and Change Management tools and techniques.
*Governance - Good Commercial & Business Awareness, Change management skills, demand management skills and Governance experience. In depth knowledge of Risk and Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices.
*Knowledge of online service and trends. Knowledge of Barclays online platforms, including the technology profile and customer service experience. Knowledge of 'demand management' processes
*Superior presentation and communication skills and create high degree of personal credibility.
*People Skills - Ability to build effective teams and establish strong business relationships across multiple stakeholders.
