HEAD OF PMO

THE ROLE

- Under the direction of the Head of Strategic Delivery, this role will be responsibile for the coordinated and successful management of the PMO in supporting all the workstreams/projects by the developing and iteratively improving the Change Toolkit.
- Managing senior governance.
- Managing and reporting against progress, managing risks, issues and opportunities, managing change control process, assurance and audit, dependencies are monitored and issues are flagged in additional to related traditional Programme/Project Management  control tools and processes. 
- An integral element of this role will be setting up the PMO to support cross organisational transformational change in an agile environment, alongside providing more traditional PPM support.

REQUIREMENTS

- PPM, MSP, PRINCE 2
- EVIDENCE OF PROGRAMME/PROJECT MANAGEMENT INCLUDING PROGRAMME/PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE DELIVERY.

THE ROLE IS ON A 6 MONTH BASIS IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE RAPID SET UP AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PMO FUNCTION, INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT CHANGE TOOLKIT.
