Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team
Previous experience as a Head of Service within a public setting is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a strategically minded senior manager with credibility in managing a large team and having full budget responsibility for a number of significant public services, and will be able to apply your service knowledge to applying for external funding and implementing change.
