Head of Plan and Roll Out

For our customer we are looking for a Head of Plan and Roll Out

Work tasks:

- Develop technical plan
- Site search and development of fiber areas towards areas with high density of enterprises Dialog with relevant contractors (Relacom, Sonnico, Eltel) for turn key deliveries QA function Responsible for Delivery/Roll out towards enterprise parks and areas
- Project planning/tracking
- Project Scheduling
- Risk analysis
- Communication
- Resource planning

The B2B fiber program is strategic for Telenor Norway in order to meet the ambition of high market share in the fiber market towards the business sector within 2020

Required skills:

- Experience from plan and/or roll out function with regards to telecom networks
- Technical project manager experience
- Experience from working in a large and complex organization
- Understanding the telecom market
- Experience from working with contractors
- Hard working and positive to continues new challenges, good communicative and writing skills.

Preferred skills:

Needs initiative, willingness to handle tough discussion and persistent strive to get speedy roll out of fiber to demanding enterprise customers. Experienced leader of a team. The candidate should be confident and a proven record of getting an organization and key resources to make the necessary effort. Self going and solution oriented. Preferable with a technical background.

The B2B fiber programme is a strategic initiative with a market goal expected to be realized within 2020.
