A very large and wide-spread Rail organisation is looking to bring onboard an Interim Head of Performance to analyse and put together a Performance Improvement Plan; this is an essential part of their process and will be fundemental in the company submitting a successful bid.

As the Interim Head of Performance, you will be responsible for initially analysing and identifying the areas of weakness, you will then work to create a plan around how to deal with these weaknesses and finally, you will be responsible for writing the Business Improvement Plan into the bid. It is absolutely essential that you have good stakeholder management skills and experience as you will have to liaise with various team and workstreams across the bid, understanding their different improvement plans and integrating them into the overall Business Improvement Plan.

Requirements:

Rail background/experience
Ideally will have experience working in a franchise or bidding environment
Experience in putting together and writing Performance Improvement Plans is essential
Stakeholder Management is vital
