The Planning and Performance Team is a part of the Planning and Performance directorate
which also includes the information, contracts and clinical coding teams. The directorate
provides management information and performance analysis internally as well as providing
information externally to the DH, Monitor and commissioners.
Experience required:
- Leading on the maintenance and development of Trust-wide performance reporting and analysis.
- Worked closely with heads of operations, clinical directors, divisional managers and other senior managers to identify, understand and address complex performance issues.
