KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLE
- Planning and designing a payroll specification and the end to end management of the project's requirement, interfacing with Commercial specialists for procurement.
- Ensuring payroll data interfaces with financial and HR systems and pension providers as and where required
- Ensuring pay policy and procedures are Embedded into new payroll processes
- Ensuring efficient and accurate data migration
- Completing at least one dummy/parallel run payroll and reconciliation
- Overseeing at least the first payroll cycle
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Delivering a payroll specification
- Evaluation of bid responses from payroll providers
- Ensuring the smooth and timely implementation of the payroll service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of managing the full life cycle of payroll implementation
- Payroll technical knowledge
- Experience of payroll project team management
- Highly proficient in interpreting payroll rules and regulations
