Head Of Operations Drug Safety

This person will be accountable for the successful facilitation of the entire Drug Safety team of this company, which includes a number of international trials. This candidate will have 14+ direct reports and will be reporting directly to the VP of Drug Safety.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare training (i.e. physician, pharmacists, nurse). M.D. or PharmD. preferred.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in drug safety and experience in drug safety AE management
* Excellent knowledge of US, EU, and international drug safety regulations
* Strong leadership and managerial skills
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and build teams
* Experience in working with software based drug safety systems
