Head of On-line (MNO, PM)

Key Responsibilities:
To develop the Africa On-line (AO) Strategy for this operator
To manage the design, creation and operationalization of a Pan-African AO team
To deliver $100m per annum equivalent value through AO by year 2
Responsible for defining the AO Strategy with respect to People, Process, Technology, Financials, Functionality and Features
Alignment of strategy with Group
Development of the Business Plans and Business Case for the AO
Design organizational structure and processes to manage AO
Obtaining Board approval for deployment of AO

Key Skills:
Working knowledge of MNO On-line Sites
Full understanding of opportunities for MNOs in On-line
Project Management tools and techniques; Project Facilitation techniques; Product Management techniques and New Product Development Processes.
Experience in the management of on-line teams
Executive level interaction
