Role: To create a divisional strategy, providing leadership and direction to the Merchandising teams in order to deliver sales, profit, margin, stock and markdown targets.

To develop a vision and strategy for own division which is aligned to the corporate strategy, in conjunction with other Heads of'.
LEADERSHIP:
Leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve KPI's - Coaching, training and developing teams in the effective use of all available tools, resources and processes.
