We are urgently seeking for a Head of Logistics Plant based in Mexico, ideally a Spanish Speaker. This position has the option of a contract or a permanent option. The role will involve the organization of the inbound logistics infrastructure and improvement of the logistics performance according to delivery targets, quality targets and financial targets as well as procurement/material planning and stockinventory.

Desired qualifications:
Introduction scanning at full plant,
Preparation for SAP introduction
New plant Logistics set-up
New SOPs Model changes
Professional Experience Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineer with specialization in logistics and warehousing
Know how transfer/best practice sharing
Experience with Transport Norms Operative supply procedures 5 years.
+ years of experience in automotive industry or in related industries
JIT/JIS experienced
Experience in supply chain management (Procurement, Logistic Chain, and Purchasing)
Leadership Experience
Very good relational skills, leadership skills and charisma.
Entrepreneurial Business Practice,
Performance enhancement.

Language Skills: Spanish - nice to have, must be willing to learn English - business fluent
