Head of Internal Communications

I am currently hiring for a Head of Internal Communications for a Leading Global Bank based in the heart of the City.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and deliver the Internal Communications Strategy across the Commercial Investment Bank Human Resources department. You will act as the primary Communications Business Partner to the Director of Commercial Investment Bank for the Human Resources leadership team, leading and supporting the stakeholders with the function and progress.

The client is looking for a natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills as you will have to network with senior personnel across the HR Leadership team quickly and effectively in order to establish yourself and get up to speed quickly.

Fundamental to this role is a previous exposure to the HR function in an internal communications setting. A background in banking would give you a distinct advantage.

This is a six month contract role, providing longevity as the client would like a specialist who really can deliver for them.
