THE ROLE

Management Resources have been enlisted by a leading Engineering Consultancy to engage an Interim Head of Integrated Marketing, to drive consistency in brand and marketing activity across the entire organisation, to support targeted client centric marketing activity and strong service offer portfolio management. Based in the South West.

The scope of work crosses all Business Units and involves strong collaboration with Business Unit and Global Sector leaders. It also includes line management responsibilities of an expanding global marketing team.

- Work closely with the CEO/COO supporting the delivery of marketing strategies across all business units and sectors.
- Marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Annual planning and budget setting.
- Creation and management one global marketing community.
- Development and management of one global marketing budget.
- Key stakeholder management.
- Evaluation, monitoring and reporting of Marketing progress against set targets.
- Ensuring Brand consistency, cohesiveness, compliance and leverage.
- Setting and facilitating regular Marketing review meetings (group and 1:1).
- Influencing and instigating Marketing training.
- Making recommendations to Business Development about forms of communication which will make the sales process more effective.
- Collaborating with Business Development on key initiatives such as Salons and other client thought leadership round table activity.
- Working with HR to ensure a steady stream of talent availability.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Chartered Institute of Marketing accreditation (CIM).
- Minimum 12 years marketing experience.
- 5+ years' experience working within a professional services, B2B or engineering organisation.
- Confident and able to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of working across complex multi Matrix global organizations and liaising with stakeholders located across the globe.
- Strong networking capabilities, comfortable operating at senior levels.
- Ability to work on several tasks, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong influencing skills and comfortable dealing with senior executives.
- Analysis, planning skills and track record in process design and delivery.
- Understanding of consulting and building engineering, its technology and terminology is advantageous.

SALARY

£350-£400 per (via Ltd Company)

6 month initial contract
