Head of Human Resources wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR or qualified through experience
- 10+ years' of progressive HR experience in a multinational environment
- Ability to develop solutions and to deliver expected results even in ambiguous circumstances
- Skilled in developing HR plans and initiatives and aligning people management practices to support business objectives and interpreting employment laws into pragmatic solutions
- Broad experience in the entire employee life cycle as per Swiss regulations, from recruitment to exit management, line management and employee consultation, labor law, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, fluency in German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing HR department, including transactional and administrative HR as well as Site Operations- and Facility Management
- Ensuring effective systems for recruitment, employee training, career and succession planning, employee relations and personnel administration in close cooperation with HR Centers of Expertise
- Executing the HR strategy across the different HR functions and monitoring the results of the different initiatives to ensure that the strategies are effectively being translated into visible outcomes for the employees
- Leading an shared services team for all transactional and administrative HR activities, including payroll and benefits
- Acting as the management representative in projects and tasks related to the European Works Council (EWC), technology projects and HR Transformation
