Director level HR Generalist required for fantastic opportunity supporting Investment Banking in a prestigious global bank.

We are currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a high level role with extensive International coverage. You will work in partnership with a global business group and be responsible for the establishment of a HR Strategy that builds organisational and leadership capability in line with the business strategy. You will develop all aspects of HR strategy and oversee the implementation of the people plan and its delivery. Areas of focus include Talent, Organisation Design, Reward, Engagement and Advisory.

You will partner with local HR support to ensure delivery is line with business strategy and will act as a coach to the Senior Leadership team, whilst managing and leading on a number of HR Projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with extensive HR experience gained in a complex, matrix environment to take on a role with real EMEA scope. You will be a credible, influential, degree level educated HR professional with experience gained supporting a front office client group.
