My well renowned client is urgently seeking a Head of HR for an interim position, based in London. The contract duration is for 6 months initially, with potential to extend. You will have prior experience working for a public facing organisation or within a dynamic start-up.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of HR, you will be leading the development and strategy of the organisational design, supporting the ongoing development and business change. You will be coaching managers in the application of HR best practices and policies, ensuring continuity. As the Head of HR, you will also be developing and implementing the strategic workforce plan, including targeted Talent Acquisition.
My client is keen to find a Head of HR who is available immediately, looking for a quick start. You will have extensive experience within Organisation Design, Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, Leadership, Board level engagement and generalist HR experience.
