My Client is currently looking for a Hands On Head of HR to join a fast paced environment in Warrington. The ideal candidate is a HR Professional who can hit the ground running, who is firm but fair as well as confident and friendly.

£18.82 - £24.03 p/hour

WHO IS THE CLIENT?
A Healthcare organisation based in Warrington

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED?
The role holder will act as a point of contact for team members and management for all routine HR matters concerning general HR queries including employee systems and procedures.
- Support and guide business areas in the implementation of service redesign/restructuring projects:
- Play a key role in developing high performing HR services in conjunction with the HR Team
- Provide specialist HR support and advice in relation to submission of competitive business tenders
- Develop and implement HR Policies
- Continually interpret employment legislation, case law and best practice
- Provide accurate and responsive specialist HR advice to any complex issues

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience of working in a complex fast moving organisation
- In depth exposure to solving multi-factorial employee relations issues
- Experience of re-design, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
- Experience of implementing HR Best Practice Procedures and Policies
