My Client, A market leading global financial services organisation is looking for a HEAD OF HR.

HR DIRECTOR/HEAD OF HR - LONDON CITY - 6 MONTHS - £600+ - START ASAP

Head of HR needed for a leading financial services company. This is a perfect opportunity for a focused, process driven, head of HR to join a company currently going through exponential growth. The purpose of this role is to oversee all HR responsibilities, change management, office management and payroll staff. You will have had experience in a similar Bluechip company. You will be leading a team of high performance individuals, be responsible for the smooth operations of the people function while working with leaders in the business to develop a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the companies, mission, vision and values.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

- Coach and support managers to increase their effectiveness, providing trusted and expert advice on a range of HR issues
- Provide guidance and advice to business leadership on effective management and delivery of the people agenda

PEOPLE STRATEGY

- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate People related initiative's that support our Strategic goals.
- Ensure People plans support the needs of the company but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Support the business leadership to build a performance culture aligned to the company's Mission, Vision and Goals ie provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.

PROJECTS AND CHANGE

- Prioritize work of the team in delivering objectives to the business.
- Communicate core projects to leaders within the company and Champion change.

YOU

- Substantial and broad experience across HR and service delivery
- Change Management and Project Management
- Commercially astute, numerate, with strong analytical ability
- Effective relationship builder with good influencing and management skills
- Proven track record managing and developing a high performing team
- Understands business requirements and can translate these to actionable plans
