Head of Governance and Control

I am currently recruiting for a Head of Governance and Control for a leading Retail Bank.

I have outlined the role details below.

Role: Head of Governance and Control
Rate: Up to £650
Location: Canary Wharf
Contract Length: Until July 15 initially

The Head of Governance and Control Will:

-Define, implement and manage the full reporting cycle and associated governance structure including the production and coordination of all input to key stakeholder meetings, such as Investment Boards, Steering Committees and Management Committees. This will include reporting across the full depth of the organisation, from project to Board level.
-Define, implement and manage the full portfolio and sub-portfolio change control process.
-Be the single point of contact for all key Portfolio risks and issues. Understand and prioritise Portfolio risks and issues according to the various reports/forums they feed in to.
-Work with the other Portfolio leads to ensure the correct governance interfaces are in place with all corresponding processes, such as planning, finance, QA and resourcing
-Ensure governance engagement with other parts of the organisation is managed and maintained
