Own the budgeting process, delivering budgets in line with expectations and with clear drivers of performance. Engage and support appropriate business directors and ensure co-ordinated plan
Ensure appropriate and challenging targets are set and the business has robust supporting financial models to deliver them
Build budgets in local currency, reporting impact of FX on margins
Report performance against the budget and key drivers.
Lead commercial finance team to provide appropriate support to the business directors. Includes reporting of actual performance at country, channel and customer level. Also, providing appropriate MI to understand the business to unlock performance, and supporting and challenging growth initiatives
Build strong relationships with Internationally located parent, internal Executives and local country sales teams
Report key operational and financial measures weekly, monthly and quarterly against plan, providing updated quarterly forecasts each week. Including reporting impact of FX on results vs plan and prior year
Lead the strategy planning process and associated performance reporting
Develop appropriate reporting for new manufacturing facility and build into current reporting processes
Own and develop BI
Develop and lead a fully functional and Commercial and Central FP
Strong personal presence and a strong personal leadership style combined with a confident, entrepreneurial and hard-working approach
A qualified accountant and graduate, with excellent financial acumen and experience of US GAAP
10+ years post qualification experience in both FP&A and Commercial Finance roles reaching Director level
Significant experience of International reporting, multi-currency implications and manufacturing operations
Experience of working with major IT systems (eg Oracle, SAP) and implementing budgeting system

YOU WILL BE DEPLOYED WITHIN THE NEXT FORTNIGHT AND THIS ENGAGEMENT WILL RUN FOR A MINIMUM 3 MONTH PERIOD, LIKELY EXTENDING TO 6.
THE DAY RATE FOR THIS ENGAGEMENT WILL RANGE BETWEEN £450 AND £550 PER DAY DOE
