A startup broker-dealer is looking for a senior developer to become their next "head of technology". This position will require hands on management and development of new ground up applications, and will be an integral and senior member of this rapidly growing firm. Candidate requirements:

- Experience with full life-cycle development (C#)
- Expertise in back-end applications (order routing, clearing, execution services)
- Strong understanding of C#, C++, Java
- Strong database skills: SQL & Oracle
- Knowledge of options and equity options
