Head of Finance IT - Boutique Hedge Fund

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading Hedge Fund based in the city of London. This Hedge Fund has been growing both strategically and organically over the past couple of years and due to this growth now require a new head of Finance IT.

This Finance IT team compromised of Developers, Application support analysts, BA's and PM's with a total team size of between 20-25 heads. This Head of Finance IT would be overseeing the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing systems. They would be responsible for all critical IT projects within the portfolio and manage the day to day work of finance and cross business IT.

This head of Finance IT would be responsible for the budgeting and planning across Finance IT and report directly into the CIO and Global Head of Finance. They will represent the Finance IT team across the bank and be responsible for holding management steering meetings and be involved in the global strategy for the business. They will be highly involved in the management of the team, involved in all recruitment, performance management and training.
