Our Financial Services client has a requirement for a Head of Finance Business Services to provide leadership in the continuing development and growth of this organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in setting up and running shared service arrangements
- Strong track record of significant process re-engineering
- Track record of operational service excellence
- 5 years or more experience in operating finance processes
- Experience in managing and leading change activity (Leading roles in project and change management)
- Qualified Accountant - desired but not pre-requisite
- Financial services knowledge (industry trends and methods, products, pricing etc.) - desired but not pre-requisite

Candidates should have a Financial Services background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to communicate effectively to stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.
