Pay Rate - £550 + Per Day
Contract - 3months +

As the Head of Finance you will proactively business partner with the Customer Contact division, to drive accountability for financial performance providing a divisional and group wide context for those results.

Key Responsibilities -

- To provide financial, commercial and strategic guidance and input to the division's day to day operations and future operating plans with the goal of supporting them achieving their financial and operational targets
- Ensure Customer Contact owned business cases are financially appraised ensuring strategic, operational and commercial impacts are assessed. Work collaboratively with the other Commercial Finance teams on the impact projects have on their areas.
- Provide Strategic leadership to enable the divisional teams to deliver a Budget and a Long Range Plan that meets the group's operational and financial objectives

Required Key Skills and Experience -

- Qualified accountant
- Strategic and Commercial background
- Contact Centre experience desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong team leadership and management
