Reporting to the Managing Director and CFO
the chosen candidate will have responsibility for:
- Management of all financial reporting
- internal, external, actuals and forecasts
- Overseeing of management information to support and partner the MD and discipline heads in the business operations
- Control environment (in compliance with SOX)
- managing the finance team as 'Head of Finance'
Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Monthly management accounting
- over-seeing month end close of books process and monthly management accounts
- Statutory reporting and audit - coordination with another company in the group for statutory accounts preparation, external aud
