Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance for this expanding Private Hospital, you will be responsible for managing the Finance team and for implementing improved controls and supporting the GM.

This is a challenging exciting role where you will utilise your experience working within Private Healthcare industry to help this dynamic business move forward and achieve their goals and targets. You will have the opportunity to deal with senior stakeholders across the group and to expand your skills and experience whilst embarking on an exciting journey as the company goes from strength to strength.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

- Experience as a Finance Controller/Head of Finance/Finance Manager
- Experience working for a private hospital
- Previous experience of managing a Finance team
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in leading and motivating a Finance team
- Have an open an inclusive style
- Experience reporting to senior management
- Experience working in industry and commerce (desirable)
- Strong accounting skills
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent
