Head of Facility Management

We are looking for HEAD OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT with Pharma experience in multinational company. The candidate will report directly to the GM.

Education and experience required for the role

- B.S. in Engineering or Industrial Management, ideally M.S. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum: 7 years of facilities Engineering experience, preferably with a Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical company, preferred: 7 years experience in Facilities Engineering Management with construction project experience
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of facility management functions, high level of technical knowledge of operations and equipment utilized within the facilities
- understanding of HSE processes and services preferable
- good interpersonal skills, strong managerial and organizational skills
- very good knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, etc.)
- project management experience in leading cross-functional large scale projects
- Good command of English and German language in written and spoken
- Leadership experience preferable
