The Head of Operations EMEA is to be responsible to the Regional Director of Property and Facilities Management, for the day to day oversight and troubleshooting of Facilities Management operations in EMEA, excluding engineering activities. The role is pro-active and decisive able to offer advice and support to the zone leads and facilities managers as well as take an active role in contract negotiation and deployment, ensuring the quality and statutory standards are met and fully compliant. The role is essential in providing a strong support lead and subject matter skill set as a key member of the EMEA team. The role will be based between Croydon and London with a high amount (50%+) of travel required in the region.
