I am recruiting for a senior manager/head of engineering to be based in Berkshire. Please send your CV.

Job responsibilities will include;
*Reviewing design specifications and documentation for deployment of kit/cabinets for telecoms radio sites
*Designation of correct equipment; considering cost, time, durability
*Providing expertise in 'Strategic Manufacturing' - ie All sites will have a standard chassis for the kit to go in. However, not all sites necessarily require the exact same kit and layout within.
*It will be your responsibility to ensure that each 'box' has the relevant kit in to service its purpose, at the same time as being future-proof.
*Interaction with designers/engineers
*Ability to offer guidance on adjustments to designers/engineering teams

Desired attributes will include;

*Degree/Masters/Professional qualification in Engineering
*Consistent experience in a senior managerial/supervisory capacity
*Ability to oversee budgets and have an accurate understanding of yearly projections
*Background in electrical/mechanical/design engineering
