HEAD OF (E)CRM - ECRM MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide strong, united and inspiring leadership across all areas of function
- Drive employee engagement through a collaborative and empowering leadership approach
- Use experience and expertise to make decisions in the best interests of the client
- Act as a role model in displaying the client values and leadership WOWs in all activity
- Lead activity to increase shareholder value, EBIT and cash,maximise margins and achieve and sustain cost leadership
- Achieve weekly sales and revenue targets
- Ensure that investment is optimised and that ROIs are evidenced and achieve.
- (Strategy) Align CRM strategies with customer behaviour and online/offline marketing plans to ensure consistency of customer experience and to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction and value
- Accountable for performance of own business area and team
- (Delivery) Work closely with the Head of Site Traffic to optimise the end to end process and the Head of Multi-channel strategy and delivery to access the multi-channel opportunity

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Experience of leading a CRM and ECRM team
- Experience of defining and delivering CRM and ECRM strategies and plans
- Experience of working with CRM agencies
